Find an EAP provider in the UK

There are various membership categories that UK EAPA members can choose to apply to:

Accredited EAP Providers are organisations that fully meet UK EAPA’s application criteria and expected service standards. Additionally, the services have been audited and verified by UK EAPA.

Registered EAP Providers are either:

organisations that wish to apply for UK EAPA Accredited EAP Provider membership, and meet the UK EAPA application criteria and service standards, however, have not yet been officially audited and verified by UK EAPA
organisations that meet the UK EAPA application criteria and service standards i.e. they are providing 24-hour emotional health support via a team of counsellors or counselling psychologists and are providing legal and financial information to their clients (24 hour in the moment counselling support, legal and financial services may be delivered via a third-party EAP service). Additionally, the UK EAPA Registered EAP Provider is delivering a full suite of services, including employee access to assessments for counselling services, provision of counselling sessions, critical incident, management referrals, online cognitive behavioural therapy and other therapeutic interventions etc. However, the organisation does not wish to or is not currently ready to apply for Accredited EAP Provider membership.

Associate Organisational Providers are organisations, governing professional bodies or third-party providers who offer advisory services, digital, telephone, or face to face counselling services, however do not meet the criteria for Accredited EAP Provider status or Registered EAP Provider status.
